The Manoka property is located approximately 45 kilometers west of Montreal. The property is easily accessible, located close to power, roads, and railways and is close to St. Joseph where all facilities essential for large scale production are close at hand allowing for a low cost operation.
Calculated reserves of 200,000 tons of 0.60% NB2O5, 0.25% ThO2 and 1.0% rare earth oxide was determined at the Manoka carbonatite associated deposit. The calculation of the grade and tonnage of the deposit are based on the results of very shallow diamond drilling ranging from 30 to 75 feet depth.
